What products does Pansari World offer?
Pansari World offers spices, herbs, seeds, oils, arq, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, dry fruits, clays, natural powders, and cosmetic products. Product availability may vary according to stock, season, and sourcing.
Which Pansari World products are naturally sourced?
Our spices, herbs, seeds, fruits, vegetables, dry fruits, clays, and selected oils are sourced from natural agricultural or plant-based sources. They are carefully selected, cleaned, processed, and packed before sale.
Are your cosmetic products naturally sourced?
Cosmetic products are professionally formulated and prepared in laboratories under controlled conditions. They may contain natural and cosmetic-grade ingredients, but they are not presented as completely naturally sourced products.
Why do you not use the word “organic” for every product?
“Organic” is a certified claim that requires verified farming, handling, and processing standards. Although many Pansari World products are naturally sourced and minimally processed, we avoid using this term without proper certification. We prefer clear and honest descriptions such as naturally sourced, pure, or carefully processed according to each product.
Do you use artificial preservatives in naturally sourced products?
We do not add artificial preservatives to our naturally sourced spices, herbs, seeds, or dehydrated products. Freshness is maintained through drying, moisture control, hygienic handling, sealed packaging, and proper storage.
Why can natural products vary in colour, aroma, or texture?
Natural products may vary slightly because of crop season, climate, soil, harvesting time, and source. These normal differences do not necessarily mean that the product is old, defective, or low in quality.
What should I do if I find an insect in a natural product?
Products without artificial preservatives may occasionally be affected by naturally occurring pantry insects, especially when exposed to heat, moisture, or improper storage. Keep the product sealed and contact us immediately with pictures and a clear unboxing video for review.
Are Pansari World products 100% natural? If so, why do some products contain preservatives?
At Pansari World, we strive to use high-quality natural ingredients whenever possible. However, certain products—such as herbal distillates (Arq), creams, lotions, shampoos, and other water-based cosmetic formulations—require the use of carefully selected preservatives to maintain their safety, quality, and shelf life.
The purpose of these preservatives is to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria, mold, and yeast that can develop over time, especially in products containing water. Without an appropriate preservative system, even a product made with natural ingredients can become unsafe to use.
We use only preservatives that are widely accepted for cosmetic and personal care products and are added within recommended safe usage limits.
Using safe preservatives does not make a product “unnatural.” Instead, it helps ensure that the product remains safe, stable, and effective throughout its intended shelf life.
Oils, Arq and Dehydrated Products
What is the difference between cold-pressed oils, heat-pressed oils, and infused oils?
These three types of oils are produced using different methods and serve different purposes:
- Cold-Pressed Oils:
Extracted mechanically at low temperatures (generally below 50°C / 122°F) without excessive heat. This process helps retain the oil’s natural nutrients, antioxidants, aroma, and beneficial compounds, making it ideal for skincare, haircare, and nutritional use. - Heat-Pressed Oils: Extracted using heat to increase oil yield from seeds or nuts. While this method produces more oil, some heat-sensitive nutrients and natural aroma may be reduced. Heat-pressed oils are commonly used for cooking and various industrial applications.
- Infused Oils: These are not extracted from the herb itself. Instead, herbs, flowers, or botanicals are soaked in a carrier oil (such as olive, sesame, sunflower, or sweet almond oil) for a period of time, allowing their beneficial compounds to infuse into the oil. Infused oils are widely used in skincare, massage, and herbal wellness products.

What are essential oils?

How can I identify the type of oil I am purchasing?
The product name or description will mention whether the oil is cold-pressed, heat-pressed, infused, or essential. Customers should read the complete product information and usage directions before placing an order.
What is Arq?
Arq is a distilled herbal or floral water prepared by passing steam through selected plant material. It is different from essential oil and may have a lighter aroma, colour, and concentration depending on the ingredient used.
How should Arq be stored after opening?
Keep Arq tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Follow the storage instructions provided on the label, and avoid touching the bottle opening to prevent contamination.
What are dehydrated products?
Dehydrated products are fruits, vegetables, herbs, or other ingredients from which most moisture has been removed. This helps preserve them naturally, reduces weight, and makes them suitable for longer storage when properly sealed.
How should dehydrated fruits and vegetables be stored?
Store them in an airtight container away from moisture, sunlight, heat, and insects. Always use clean, dry hands or utensils, as exposure to moisture can reduce their freshness and shelf life.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns or exchanges are considered only when a product is damaged, leaking, incorrect, or defective at the time of delivery. A clear, continuous unboxing video is required, and claims cannot be accepted for products damaged, leaked, used, mishandled, or intentionally altered after opening.
Are Pansari World products medicines, and how should I use them safely?
